Suicidal thoughts and feelings arise out of a depressed state of feeling completely helpless and hopeless to change one’s life or future. One’s pain is so high that suicide becomes considered. Suicide is an option to relieve one’s suffering and pain, only it has detrimental consequences to the person and the people in someone’s life.
I provide other alternatives through feeling the emotions that are underneath all this and to create the experience of relief this way, verses dying or just going through the motions of living.
